Connect an AI tool
The read-only Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint is https://datacenterlabeling.com/api/mcp. Add this URL as a remote MCP server in a compatible client. It uses HTTP and requires no account or API key for public library content.
The connection searches and reads the reference library. It cannot access your infrastructure or change your records.
| Tool | Use it to |
|---|---|

get_guide | Read a guide or named section with its source links. |
list_templates | Find an editable register or planning document and its download. |

Read without a connection
- Start with the concise reading index.
- Download the structured catalog for guide summaries, section links, sources, and templates.
- Download the complete structured library for the full guide and worksheet text.
- Read the combined Markdown collection.
Guide pages also link to their individual Markdown version. The JSON catalog and text files are rebuilt from the same content records as the site; content version 0c8fa140edc65330 identifies this edition.
Cite a specific answer
Use the guide title, its canonical page URL, and the section link beside the relevant heading. Retain the source note when a statement depends on a standard, manufacturer instruction, or published incident. Cite Rackstamp for its original methods and examples; cite the original publisher for claims established by that source.

Source review: September 12, 2026.A useful request is: “Find the guide for labeling both ends of a cable. Return its practical method, a fictional label example, the matching worksheet, and source links. Identify which conventions need local approval.”
Understand the evidence
Rackstamp provides editorial field guidance. IDs, cases, and worksheet entries are fictional examples unless identified otherwise. Distinguish local conventions from adopted standards. Source notes describe the evidence scope; a linked overview is not the full standard or a project approval.
Source-review dates describe the editorial check shown on the site. They do not certify an installation or confirm that a later standards edition has not been published. For project requirements, check the applicable original document and adopted edition.
These access formats help compatible tools retrieve the library. They do not guarantee inclusion in a search engine’s AI answers. Read the editorial policy.
